I press and hold the button on the controller.
I hear the sound as it turns on.
I open up the disc tray place the new game inside and close it.
I join a chat with my friends I hear them talking about the new game.
I cant wait to play it this game is going to be amazing.
The smell of the game is just great.
I can see the amazing graphics.
This game has so many people online it might lag.
I cant think straight with my friend talking and the game being so good.
So far I leveled up 10 times its so awesome.
This game should get the game of the year award but for 8 years straight!
The game has sold over 5 million copies in 24 hours how amazing is that!
Flashing lights and loud crashing sounds as I flip on the nuke.
This game is so real I can hear the bullets soar right by the screen as I’m running.
This game cant get any “ENEMY AC130 ABOVE!” better….

The Edge is where I want to be

The authors viewpoint on life for "The Edge is where I want to be" is that the speaker belives that life can have its difficulties that theres an edge and we should live on the edge. "Whats life without an edge guess what it's dull." This shows that we should live life on the edge because if you dont everything you do in your life without living on the edge is worthless. "Lose the edge and all you got is middle middle aged, middle class, middle of the road, middle managment." This quote shows that if you dont have an edge in your life that you wont experience any fun or intersting things if you stay in the middle so the speaker wants you to live on the edge so you can enjoy the fun things in life and not live in a bubble all your life. The author trys to say that when you live on the edge you get more answers in life then you usually would if your in the "Safe Zone"

I’m from the wheels rolling over the 2 day old gum.
From the wood scraps disintegrating off the board.
I’m from the disc tray that slides open.
I’m that achievement That everyone craves for.
I’m from the ball traveling 72 mph hitting the bat and cracking it.


I’m from a place were you go see a super bowl and bright neon orange shirts and their famous wings.
I’m the bar of soap that the hot girl uses to clean herself after a scene.
I’m from your eyes seeing everything you do.
I’m from everywhere you wish you could be.



I’m that bag you get on an airplane.
I’m every sprinkle of chocolate on a cake.
I’m from all of your nightmares that you wake up from.
I’m the sugar in each Pepsi can.
I’m the face under all the masks from my favorite band.



I’m that perfect shade of purple that everyone loves.
I’m all the hair that gets shaved off from a haircut.
I’m every hug that I give to her.
I’m from a very long line of family members.
I know that the dead are watching me and the living care for me and I love them all.

My Favorite Poem So Far....

My favortie poem so far is "This Type Love" by Shihan. The reason why this is my favorite poem because i can relate to it and its really easy to understand. The poet talks about how he loves this girl in many diffrent ways and he explains why he would do the things that he says. Its a very good poem if you didnt read it you should im sure that you'd like it.
